Quietra is free to start. Some features are part of Quietra Premium, a subscription billed through the App Store. Here is exactly what you pay, what the free trial is, how renewal works, and how to cancel.
Free vs. Premium
The free version includes the ring finder, three soundscapes (White, Rain, and Ocean), and a sleep timer. Quietra Premium adds notched masking, the full library of eight soundscapes, per-ear tuning, all sleep timers including "until morning", and your full progress history.
Pricing
- Monthly — $4.99 per month.
- Yearly — $34.99 per year, starting with a 7-day free trial.
Prices are in US dollars and may vary by country and over time; the exact price and currency for your region are always shown in the app before you confirm. Prices are set through App Store Connect and any change is shown to you before it takes effect.
Free trial
The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid yearly subscription and your Apple ID is charged. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription before it ends. As a courtesy, Quietra sends one reminder the day before the trial converts.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges your account for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing and cancelling
You manage everything in your Apple account, not in the app:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Choose Quietra, then change your plan or tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or see support.apple.com/HT204084.
Restoring and Family Sharing
On a new iPhone, sign in with the same Apple ID, install Quietra, open the paywall, and tap Restore Purchases. Family Sharing is enabled, so members of your Apple Family group can use Premium.
